Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Pearl Property Styling for a consultation, styling service, or furniture hire, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you do not agree with these terms, please contact us before proceeding with a booking.
Our Services
We provide property styling, home staging, and furniture hire services, including in-home consultations, styling proposals, furniture and decor selection, delivery, installation, and collection. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed with the client prior to booking.
Consultations & Bookings
Consultation times are confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. We ask that access to the property be arranged for the agreed date and time. Rescheduling requests should be made with as much notice as possible.
Furniture Hire
Hired furniture, decor, and accessories remain the property of Pearl Property Styling at all times. Clients are responsible for the care of hired items during the agreed hire period and may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement in the event of damage beyond normal wear, loss, or theft.
Payment
Quotes are provided following a consultation and are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment terms, including any deposit required to confirm a booking, will be outlined in your styling proposal.
Cancellations
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of a scheduled installation will not incur a fee. Late cancellations or rescheduling close to the installation date may be subject to a fee to cover furniture logistics already arranged.
Limitation of Liability
Pearl Property Styling takes reasonable care in the delivery of all services but is not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our control, including access restrictions, building requirements, or third-party delivery delays.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
